THE PROCESS
BEFORE YOUR GRAPHIC DESIGN PROJECT BEGINS
Once I receive your paid web order or initial contact form submission expressing interest in my Graphic Design and/or Print Services, I will follow up with an email that includes instructions on how to submit your content. The questionnaires will focus on learning more about you, your business, your goals, and design vision. This will also give you a chance to ask any and all questions you might have. The turn around time for most graphic design projects is between 5-7 business days with the exception of clients of the Unlimited Graphic Design Package whereby Flourish Recipients receive work in under 2 days and Starter in under 5 days.
DURING YOUR PROJECT
Once questionnaires are complete and deposits have cleared, design research begins. You will receive unique designs to choose from and feedback is expected within a timely manner. You’ll be able to make design edits or change requests before your design is finalized. Once you send back your final design selection I will complete your design and submit your files in popular file formats (JPG, PDF, PNG, SVG, AI, or EPS). Once the design is finalized, there will be no more design edits and any additional work will be billed accordingly at a specified rate. Depending on the graphic design service purchased, you will receive a PDF guide to help you know how to utilize your new files and where for maximum brand consistency.
AFTER YOUR PROJECT
Once your design edits have been completed and designs are finalized, I will provide you with all files via Dropbox along with a PDF brand guide depending on the chosen package. If printing is required your physical items will be shipped to the address on file. Tracking details will be provided as soon as it becomes available.
