An order confirmation e-mail is sent immediately following your purchase / booking.

Within 2-3 business days after purchase you will then be emailed with your design consultation, service agreement, and list of required items that need to be submitted to begin your project.

Website Designs

All required items, including your completed design consultation form, signed service agreement, along with any supporting items, must be submitted 1 day prior to your project start date.

All Other Designs
All required items, including your completed design consultation, signed service agreement, along with any supporting items, must be submitted within 10 calendar days of booking a service.

If all items haven't been sent within time time listed above, your design project will be canceled and you will receive a refund minus a fee of up to 30% to offset costs on our end.

Each custom design project comes with 2 free minor revision rounds, each round allowing for up to 10 revisions per design, unless otherwise specified. Minor revisions consist of changes such as color, image placement, organization, font changes or the like.
Any minor revisions beyond the 2 rounds will require a $50-$100 fee per additional revision round.

The completion timeframe for revisions typically ranges from 5 to 7 business days. However, this duration may vary based on the number and complexity of requested revisions, as well as any delays in providing feedback within 3 business days after receiving the design draft for review.

Major revisions, including significant changes to the design or starting over from scratch, may incur a fee of up to 75% of the total project cost.

After finalization of the project, no further free revisions or updates will be provided without an additional fee.

Preferred Method

Our preferred way to communicate is via email. While we aim to respond within 1 business day, please allow up to 3 business days for a reply.

E-mails will be answered during design working hours, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and federally recognized holidays.

1-on-1 Support

During the design process, you'll have direct access to Kendall's personal business email for communication.

You can also schedule a phone call with Kendall at no extra charge during your project's design process.

Please Note: DMs on social media get answered only after e-mails.

Disappearance

We reserve the right to terminate a custom design project without refund if there is a lack of communication or failure to provide necessary feedback or information to move forward with the project for a period of 30 consecutive days, at any stage of the design process.

Inappropriate Behavior
We reserve the right to terminate a custom design project, with no refund provided, if the Client's behavior is deemed inappropriate.

Inappropriate behavior includes, but is not limited to, name calling, slander, harassment, or the like.

Each custom design service has its own turnaround time frame, which can be found in the services description.

Your turnaround time does not include any revisions you ask to be made, therefore your project could be completed outside of the stated turnaround time.

Extended Turnaround Times

Turnaround times may be prolonged in case of unexpected events (personal or business) by either the Client or the Designer, up to a maximum of 100 additional days.

If an extension is necessary for any reason, both the Client and Designer must inform each other in writing, providing as much notice as possible.

What happens after 100 days?
If the project isn’t complete by fault of the Designer within 100 days of the turnaround time, the Client will be provided a full refund. In this instance, the client will be sent the files and designs as is, even if not completed.

If the project isn’t complete by fault of the Client within 100 days of the turnaround time, the project will be canceled, the Client will not be provided a refund and designs may be sent at the Designers discretion.

Design Rights: We will relinqish all rights to the final designs to you at the finilazation of your design project. However, we retain the right to showcase your designs in our portfolio, on social media platforms, in digital products, and the like for the sole purpose of educating and/or showcasing a past project.

Source Files: Source files won't be provided unless they're already part of the service description or if agreed upon and separately purchased.
